Licensing

The depth of our work in pharmaceutical & biotech companies has allowed us to develop a methodology that is based on the best practices in licensing. Co-development agreements

In our experience very early stage projects may be difficult to license. In that case a different option from the traditional start up creation, is to search identify and negotiate co-development agreements that upon fulfilling a road map and achieving value creation milestones will lead to the license of the project but for a greater return as the asset has been partially developed.
